PRESS & MEDIA

Official resources, statements, and media information for journalists and safeguarding professionals.

🌿 Founder Statement

Froggy’s Law is a national safeguarding movement calling for statutory emotional safety in infant schools. It is survivor‑led, grounded in lived experience, and built on more than a decade of public advocacy. The movement exists to ensure every child feels safe, seen, and supported — emotionally as well as physically.

Froggy’s Voice Box, our trauma‑aware disclosure tool, is the first practical step in closing the emotional‑safety gap in UK schools.

🌿 About Froggy’s Law

Froggy’s Law is a children‑first safeguarding movement focused on embedding emotional safety into the earliest years of education. The mission is simple: no child should grow up learning emotional survival instead of emotional safety.

The movement is built on lived experience, public record, and a clear understanding of how emotional neglect shapes childhood and adulthood. Froggy’s Law aims to make emotional safety a statutory requirement in infant schools across the UK.

🌿 What Is Froggy’s Voice Box?

Froggy’s Voice Box is a trauma‑aware disclosure tool designed to give children a safe, direct way to express when something doesn’t feel right. It bypasses gatekeeping, reduces fear, and ensures concerns reach the safeguarding lead immediately.

The Voice Box is currently being prepared for pilot rollout in Nottingham, with the long‑term goal of national deployment.

🌿 Media Coverage & Public Record

Froggy’s Law and its founder have been featured in multiple regional publications over the last decade, including:

  • Nottingham Post (2018) – front‑page coverage on safeguarding advocacy

  • Southport Champion (2015 & 2018) – public record of early movement foundations

  • Ongoing media engagement with safeguarding reporters and regional outlets

This page will be updated as new coverage is released.
